Documents and information required

Before you travel to India, you are required to print at least one copy of your India e-Visa. You are also expected to have it on you at all times during your entire stay in the country.

Upon arrival at one of the designated ports of entry, you will be required to show your printed Electronic Indian Visa and your passport. You must have a passport with at least six months validity when you arrive in India.

Once your documents have been verified, you have an obligation to provide your fingerprints and photo. The passport should also have at least two blank pages. After, an immigration officer will place a visa sticker in your passport.
